Intensive EMDR

Intensive EMDR therapy (2–3 hour sessions) is ideal for those looking to make faster progress in their healing journey. It’s a great fit for individuals who prefer a focused, accelerated approach, have demanding schedules that make weekly therapy difficult, or need deeper work on specific traumatic experiences. Intensives can be especially beneficial for medical professionals, therapists, caregivers, and those processing complex trauma, allowing for greater momentum and continuity in healing. If you’re ready to dive in and create meaningful change, an intensive format may be right for you.
