EMDR Consultation Services

Alongside my clinical practice, I love supporting other therapists in growing their EMDR skills. I bring an attachment lens and integrate ego states and parts work, so consultation feels practical and creative — not just technical. I have experience providing both individual and group EMDR consultation, and I enjoy helping therapists move through stuck points with curiosity and creativity. My goal is for you to feel grounded, confident, and supported in your own style as a therapist.

I’m currently in training to become an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and expect to be approved in January 2026. In the meantime, I offer thoughtful, collaborative consultation that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with greater ease. I’ve seen how powerful consultation can be when it’s not just about checking boxes, but about building trust in yourself and the process.
